Dated 9 October 2026. These conditions concern the use of this website only; the carriage of passengers is governed by the charter agreement with the operating carrier.

Operator of the website

This website is operated by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker trading as Private Jet Price List. Private Jet Price List is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.

Nature of the published prices

The price list, hourly rates, route figures and worked examples are informational estimates, compiled from typical market levels for guidance. They do not constitute offers, they cannot be accepted, and the price of any actual journey will depend on the aircraft, operator, dates, routing, positioning, crew and airport costs prevailing at the time.

Status of a quotation

A quotation is an invitation to consider a journey and is not binding on either party. A booking comes into existence only when you sign a charter agreement with the operating carrier and its payment terms are met. The carrier's identity, the aircraft type and the principal terms are disclosed to you before signature.

Availability

Every aircraft remains subject to confirmation by its operator. Aircraft and crews may become unavailable for operational, technical, meteorological or regulatory reasons, and a repositioning flight may be rescheduled or withdrawn should the journey that gave rise to it change.

Taxes, fees and charges

Domestic US charter attracts the federal excise tax of 7.5% and a segment fee per passenger per leg. International journeys may attract foreign taxes and border charges. Landing, handling, parking, de-icing, catering, connectivity and crew accommodation costs may also arise; each quotation identifies those included and those estimated.

Cancellation

Cancellation, alteration and refund are governed exclusively by the terms of the charter agreement for the journey concerned.

Proper use

Requests must be genuine and made by, or with the authority of, the traveller. Interference with the site, automated harvesting of its content and the submission of false particulars are not permitted. External links to government sources are supplied for reference and are not under our control.

Limitation of liability

The content of this website is supplied as is, for general guidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the estimates or general information it contains. Responsibility for the operation of each flight rests with the operating carrier. Nothing here excludes liability which by law may not be excluded.

Law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, and the courts situated in the State of New York shall have jurisdiction over any dispute concerning them.

Amendment

These conditions may be amended from time to time, and the date shown above identifies the version in force.
