Privacy notice

Dated 9 October 2026. At a glance: we use what you send only to price and arrange your trip, we share it only with those who must see it to do so, and we never sell it.

The controller of your information

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet Price List. References to "we", "our" or "us" in this notice are to Charter Jet One in that capacity.

Information you provide

A request carries your name, your email address, your telephone number and the particulars of the journey: whether it is one way, a round trip or several legs, the airports or cities involved, the dates, the number of passengers, any aircraft preference and whatever you write in the notes. It also records whether you asked to receive offers.

Information recorded alongside it

With each request we note the page it was sent from, the address of the page that referred you, and any campaign labels present in the link you used, for instance a utm_source value. Reading the site without sending a request transmits nothing to us.

The purposes we use it for

• Preparing an answer to your request, which includes asking operators about aircraft and prices.
• Making the arrangements for any flight you decide to book.
• Where you have agreed to it, sending occasional offers and price notes by email. You may decline further messages by replying to any of them.

Those we share it with

The operating carrier for your trip, and such service providers as quoting and booking genuinely require, for example a handling agent or a caterer. Each receives no more than its part of the task. Your information is never sold and is not made available to advertisers.

Retention

Information is retained for the period the request and any resulting journey require, and thereafter only so far as tax, accounting or other legal obligations oblige us. Requests that do not proceed are erased or anonymised when no longer needed.

Your entitlements

You are entitled to ask for access to the information we hold about you, for its correction and for its erasure. A reply to any email you have had from us, or a note sent through the quote form, is sufficient. We may first verify your identity, and certain records must be retained where the law so requires.

Cookies and measurement

The site sets no cookies beyond those strictly necessary for it to function, and it runs no analytics, advertising or tracking code. Its typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives the technical details inherent in any web request.

Younger travellers

This site is directed at adults. We do not knowingly gather information from children, and details of minors travelling in your party are used solely to arrange their journey.

Safeguards

Requests are encrypted in transit and are accessible only to those handling your journey. We would ask that passport and payment card numbers are not entered in the notes; we request such details separately and only when they are needed.

Revisions

Any revision to this notice will be published here with a new date. A material revision will not be applied to information already held without first informing you.
